Caesars Virginia

Projected to be completed in November, 2024; Caesars Entertainment Resort Complex is sits on 50 acres just west of downtown Danville and has the potential to thrust the city’s efforts at rebirth and revitalization into overdrive. When finished, the complex will feature a bevy of attractions, including a 500-room hotel, a world-class casino gaming floor with over 1,300 of the most exciting slots, 85 table games, 24 electronic table games, WSOP room, and Caesars Sportsbook. The resort will also feature a full-service spa, pool, upscale bars and lounges, and a variety of dining options. The excitement continues in the 2,500-seat live entertainment theater, and over 50,000 square feet of meeting and convention space.

Proposed Data Center

Recently proposed Danville data center project could bring up to $5 billion in investment, $120 million in annual tax revenue, and up to 500 jobs to Pittsylvania County. These figures were obtained from a Pittsylvania County Industrial Development Authority resolution that was shared publicly during the planning commission meeting in support of this project.  Billions of investment dollars are projected to come to Danville.
